Visiting The Burj Khalifa, Dubai

Dubai is the most populous city in the United Arab Emirates. It is located on the southeast coast of the Persian Gulf and is one of the seven emirates that make up the country. The city of Dubai is located on the northern coastline and heads up the Dubai-Sharjah-Ajman metropolitan area. It is an extremely impressive city with buildings that are larger than life. One of those buildings is the Burj Khalifa.

The Burj Khalifa. The world’s tallest building. It’s a living wonder and a literal work of art. More than just the world’s tallest building, the Burj Khalifa is also tangible proof of Dubai’s growing role in the world. In fewer than 30 years, this city has transformed itself from a regional center to a global one.

At over 828 meters (2,716.5 feet) and more than 160 stories, some of the records that the Burj Khalifa holds are, tallest building in the world, highest number of stories in the world, highest occupied floor in the world, and elevator with the longest travel distance in the world.

At The Top, Burj Khalifa Sky Experience

At 555 meters (1820.87 feet), At the Top, Burj Khalifa SKY is fittingly Dubai’s most iconic destination. My family got access to the redefined, highest outdoor observatory in the world, spread across levels 148 and 125 of the Burj Khalifa.

Level 125

At 456 meters (1496.06 feet) above the ground, Level 125 offers a deck to enjoy a stunning 360-degree view of the city. This level also houses one of their newest attractions, Dubai – A Falcon’s Eye View that allows you to explore the city from a unique perspective.

Level 148

A special elevator brings you up for the crowning experience where you can now access the world’s highest outdoor observation deck and enjoy the view from their luxury lounges. Also witness a pioneering concept in interactive experiences with a life-size screen that allows you to explore different corners of the Emirate.

Getting this experience at the top of the tallest building in the world was breathtaking. I absolutely love views and skylines so this was the ultimate experience for me. I hope you enjoyed getting a glimpse of the beautiful Burj Khalifa! Also, check out my post on my thoughts on Why You Need To Travel The World if you missed it!
