Futuristic Trainers
Do you call them sneakers or trainers? I always say sneakers, but I guess we’ll be trendy here and say trainers like everyone else lol. Anyyyyways, TRAINERS are always a good idea. I fell in love with the Louis Vuitton Archlight Trainer, but saw the price tag and went SKRRRRT – Let’s find a dupe. Now, it’s been pretty hard for me to find anything similar that won’t break my bank account, but these are in the right direction! They have a more futuristic feel, but can still be worn everyday.

BONUS: Another great pair of sneakers I love are from this amazing new lifestyle shoe brand, Bacara. My friend, Joe Carson, (we met a few summers ago at Under Armour where we interned together. Hey Joe!) recently started this company and it’s already gaining a LOT of attention! Aren’t they so sleek?!

The Modern Pump
Pumps will never go out of style. A chunky heel and a modern pattern make for a beautiful, yet wearable shoe. These make me want to walk the streets of Argentina and dance in the streets!

Crayola Brights
A flat mule or espadrille (without the platform) is very on trend this season. With a bright pop of color this flat, normally very casual shoe will immediately become the center of attention in your outfit.

Espadrilles and Mules
Espadrilles seem to come back every single spring/summer season. Although these are mules, the pattern of the heel reminded me of the texture of an espadrille. It’s like getting the best of both worlds! And the striped bow on the front gives them a girly, nautical feel. I would pair this with a long, flowy white boho style dress.

Clear Perspex
Clear perspex has been at the forefront of shoe universe for a few seasons now and seems like it’ll be sticking around for a while. I love how versatile they can be and they make your legs look super long and sexy! Who doesn’t want that?

Thank you for reading and I hope this helped you navigate this season’s shoe trend landscape!
